(1) Only individuals employed by a laboratory with an ORELAP accredited scope item for sampling under these rules may take samples. (2) Sampling may only be conducted at a licensee’s or registrant’s premises or the licensee or registrant may transport the entire batch to a laboratory with an ORELAP accredited scope item for sampling under these rules.
