OAR 333-004-4040: Client Eligibility

To be eligible to have abortion services covered by the Abortion Access Plan, an individual must: (1) Be an eligible client; and (2) Have received services from an authorized agency or authorized provider that submits a claim for reimbursement using the RH Program-approved Abortion Access Plan claims form.
