OAR 330-290-0020: Contracting under the program

(1) The Department may contract with eligible entities, as specified in OAR 330-290-0030(1), to provide needed information, assistance, training and support to contractors and/or training providers. (2) Eligible entities entering into a contract with the Department under these rules shall use financial assistance under the contract for the development and delivery of training related to energy efficient technologies and incentives as outlined in the funding opportunity announcement.
