OAR 330-280-0010: Definitions

(1) “Department” means the Oregon Department of Energy. (2) “Director” means the director of the Oregon Department of Energy. (3) “Heat pump” means an air-source or ground-source heat pump with an energy efficiency rating established under OAR 330-280-0040(1) or a higher efficiency rating. (4) “Purchase price” means the cost to purchase and install a heat pump, before considering incentives.
