(1) Technical Assistance (TA) grantees under this program shall comply with all laws, rules and procedures. These include, but are not limited to, the ICP rules in the February 19, 1993, Federal Register, Subpart A, 10 CFR 455.3. (2) TA grantees shall comply with any new rules and laws that US DOE or ODOE prescribe.
