OAR 309-112-0030: Seclusion or Restraint Review Committee

(1) Each state institution must have a Seclusion or Restraint Review Committee, which may use a different name. (2) The purpose and duty of the Seclusion or Restraint Review Committee is to review and evaluate at least quarterly the appropriateness of all such interventions and report its findings to the superintendent.
