(1) OHA may provide the following to OCAC members: (2) OHA’s mission, vision, goals, roles and scope of business. (3) Lobbying restriction information; (4) Conflict of interest information; (5) Public meeting law information; (6) These administrative rules; and (7) Other administrative rules, OHA policies and procedures, internal management directives, and state and federal laws related to topics OCAC is considering as part of a recommendation to the Director’s Designee.
