OAR 309-011-0024: Purpose and Scope

The purpose of these rules is to implement ORS 430.073, related to the Oregon Health Authority’s Oregon Consumer Advisory Council ( OCAC ). The scope of these rules is limited strictly to the O CAC, and will clarify O CAC’s purpose, scope, membership, roles, and responsibilities, and those of the Oregon Health Authority.
