OAR 291-156-0015: Adult in Custody Welfare Fund Sources

DOC revenue, less operating expenses, from the following sources shall be deposited into the Adult in Custody Welfare Fund account: (1) Operation of DOC canteens; (2) Operation of the vending machines in the visiting area of correctional facilities; (3) Operation of telephones for AICs in correctional facilities; (4) Funds confiscated from AICs under existing disciplinary procedures; (5) Donated funds as defined in these rules.
