OAR 291-109-0250: Retention of Adult in Custody Grievances

(1) The institution grievance coordinator will retain a file copy of grievances with pertinent documents, including appeals, in accordance with the department’s approved retention schedule for these records. (2) Grievances will not be filed in the adult in custody’s working file. (3) Grievances will not be filed in the employee’s working file.
