OAR 291-013-0195: Protective Body Armor

(1) An employee shall wear department-issued body armor whenever the employee is armed, when accompanied by another employee that is armed, or when the employee has a chemical agent spray in the community. (2) The functional unit manager shall approve any exception to the wearing of body armor.
