OAR 291-006-0080: Retention of Adult in Custody Discrimination Complaints

(1) The institution discrimination complaint coordinator will retain a file copy of discrimination complaints with pertinent documents, including appeals, in accordance with the department’s approved retention schedule for these records. (2) Discrimination complaints will not be filed in the adult in custody’s working file. (3) Discrimination complaints will not be filed in the employee’s working file.
