OAR 274-020-0335: Appraisal of Property

(1) An appraisal shall be made to assist in establishing the loan value only after a complete application has been received. (2) On farms, the loan value allowable on the principal home unit portion of the property shall not exceed the amount needed for a maximum home loan.
