OAR 259-007-0020: Definitions

(1) The Public Contracting Code and Attorney General’s Model Rules contain definitions applicable to capitalized terms in OAR Chapter 259 Division 7. (2) “DPSST” or “Department” means the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training.
