OAR 230-030-0320: Payment of Professional Competitors

All professional competitors shall be paid in full according to their contracts, if applicable, and no part or percentage of their remuneration may be withheld except by order of the Administrator, the superintendent, or a court order to withhold, nor shall any part thereof be returned through arrangement with the unarmed combat sports competitor or the competitor's manager to any matchmaker, assistant matchmaker, promoter or official. The competitor or manager may not assign their respective share of the purse, if applicable, or any portion thereof, without the approval of the Administrator or the superintendent. A written request for such assignment must be filed with the Administrator at least 72 hours before the event.
