OAR 213-018-0090: Unlawful Possession of Soft Body Armor (ORS 166.643)

(1) CRIME CATEGORY 6: Unlawful Possession of Soft Body Armor shall be ranked at Crime Category 6 if the offender committed or was attempting to commit a person felony or a misdemeanor involving violence. (2) CRIME CATEGORY 4: Unlawful Possession of Soft Body Armor shall be ranked at Crime Category 4 if it cannot be ranked at Crime Category 6.
