OAR 213-018-0040: Incest (ORS 163.525)

(1) CRIME CATEGORY 6: Incest shall be ranked at Crime Category 6 if one of the participants is less than eighteen years of age and the age differential between the two participants is more than three years. (2) CRIME CATEGORY 1: Incest I shall be ranked at Crime Category 1 if it cannot be ranked at Crime Category 6.
