OAR 213-018-0012: Animal Neglect II (Felony) (ORS 167.325)

(1) CRIME CATEGORY 7: Animal Neglect II (Felony) shall be ranked at Crime Category 7 if more than 40 animals were the subject of the neglect or if the offense is a felony because of circumstances described in ORS 167.325(3)(a) or (3)(c). (2) CRIME CATEGORY 6: Animal Neglect II (Felony) shall be ranked at Crime Category 6 if 11 to 40 animals were the subject of the neglect.
