OAR 180-001-0003: Effective Date; Applicability

These rules are effective November 1, 2025 and shall apply to all requests for facilitated dispute resolution services active and pending before the Advocate or the Deputy, if the Advocate has delegated dispute resolution authority to the Deputy, under the provisions of ORS 192.461.
