OAR 141-120-0090: The Purpose of the Conservation Category

The purpose of placing wetlands or portions of wetlands into the Conservation Category is: (1) To conserve, restore or enhance the functions and values of the wetland resources for the long-term benefits provided; and (2) To authorize those uses allowed under OAR 141-120-0130.
