OAR 137-055-5080: Adding Interest

(1) The administrator will not establish interest on support arrears. (2) For enforcement purposes, the administrator will: (a) Add interest to a case balance if a specific amount has been established in a judgment or order entered by a court; (b) Add interest to a case balance if the parties stipulate in writing that an amount should be added; or (c) Add interest to the case balance on a case with a controlling order from another jurisdiction if the other jurisdiction provides a certified interest calculation consistent with its laws governing the computation and accrual of interest.
