OAR 123-142-0020: Ineligible Project Costs

The following costs are ineligible for funding under the Program: (1) Purchase of general-purpose motor vehicles and equipment; (2) Operation or maintenance costs; and (3) Costs paid for by other financing for the Project, whether from the Authority or from another State of Oregon agency or any third party.
