OAR 123-142-0010: Eligible Applicants

The following entities are eligible to receive a Program grant: (1) A Municipality; (2) Corporations or companies for drainage or flood control organized under ORS Chapter 554; and (3) For-profit or nonprofit entities and individuals engaged in the ownership, construction, inspection, accreditation, certification or repair of Levees.
