OAR 123-053-0111: Appeals and Exceptions

(1) The Authority’s Award decisions are final and may not be appealed. (2) In its sole discretion, the Authority or its designee may waive non-statutory requirements of the Program if it is demonstrated that such a waiver would serve to further the goals or objectives of the Program.
