OAR 123-053-0091: Remedies

The Authority may invoke remedies for an “event of default” as described in the contract with the Award recipient, including but not limited to the following: (1) Withholding of amounts otherwise due to the Award recipient; (2) Barring the Award recipient from applying for future awards; (3) Demanding return of any Award disbursed and any interest earned on the disbursed Award; and (4) Any other remedies available at law or in equity.
