OAR 123-022-0080: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a grant, an entitle must be: (1) a community college district, or a community college service district; or (2) a public university listed in ORS 352.002; or (3) a service provider offering small business development services in a specific geographic area that is not covered by entities described in (1) or (2).
